The National Technology Innovation Awards (NTIA) is evaluated by a panel of independent industry experts drawn from Nigeria's technology, business, academia, and innovation ecosystems. Each year, NTIA appoints a diverse group of senior professionals with deep experience in product development, engineering, digital transformation, fintech, and emerging technologies.
To maintain the highest standards of fairness, neutrality, and integrity, NTIA operates a confidential judging process. Judges are not publicly listed to prevent external influence, lobbying, or bias, ensuring that all submissions are evaluated solely on merit.

Judges undergo a review to ensure they have no direct ties to nominees or participating organisations.
